With close to 150 Swiss companies on board our association, we are committed to increasing the share of women in management.


A gender-equal workplace is a win-win for everyone: individuals, businesses, our economy, and society – especially in times of skills shortage. It has been proven that diverse teams perform better, are more innovative, and are more likely to generate a higher profit. We aim to achieve a sustainable minimum of 30% female representation at all management levels across our member companies by 2030.
