Barbara (Basia), joined Advance in 2022 as a Relations Manager. In her role, she is dedicated to helping members maximize their membership benefits, fostering a community committed to gender equality in the workplace.


Basia brings with her over a decade of experience in Customer Relationship Management and Operations within the Healthcare and Retail industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management, which complements her diverse professional background.


A committed supporter of women's empowerment, Basia believes in creating a more sustainable and equitable future for everyone. Her passion for diversity and inclusion shines through in her involvement with the LEAN IN Network Switzerland, where she serves as a co-leader. This role has given her a deep understanding of the challenges women face in the workplace, fuelling her commitment to Advance’s mission of achieving gender equality in Swiss businesses.


Basia supports the Employee Resource Group (ERG) community at Advance, recognizing the significant benefits of ERGs, including the promotion of human-centric approach, inclusive company policies and the fostering of a positive work environment. 


Living in the Zurich area with her husband and son, Basia balances her professional life with personal passions for sport and traveling.
