Konstantina joined Advance in 2019, bringing with her a diverse professional background that includes a first career as an archaeologist and over a decade of experience in public policy. She has a strong track record in the governmental sector, particularly in social policy-making, where she contributed to the integration of EU Directives on gender equality into Greek law and served on various EU Committees for employment policies.
Konstantina holds a Master's degree in European Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Management from the University of St. Gallen.
She is also engaging as a volunteer in the area of integration and strongly believes that an inclusive culture and opportunities for personal development allow people to thrive, achieve their full potential and give back. She is married and a mother of two, and she feels privileged to be part of Advance, where she can help driving all of the above.
