After her initial education in business administration, Regula Rütti studied clinical psychology at the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich (ZHAW) and subsequently acquired a Swiss federally recognized psychotherapy degree. From 2011 – 2013 she held a lectureship at ZHAW University of Applied Sciences Psychology in the topic of psychodiagnostics. She is experienced in the fields of public relations, communication, media, social and health care, public administration, public transportation, power engineering and paper production.
During her professional career, she has held management positions in the fields of human resources management, healthcare/consulting, office management/administration, communications, conciliation/life-balance and communications.
Today, she brings her experience in SMEs as well as in large companies and at corporate level as a consultant, coach, assessor and organizational developer both as a freelancer – also in her role as Talent Development Specialist for Advance and in her own company rr resources&relations.
