Katharina Lindner has joined Advance as Relations Manager in 2024. She has over 20 years of experience in project management, strategy development and human resources, with a special focus on culture, diversity & inclusion.
In her early career, she was a project manager at hpo management consulting, where she worked on strategy development and performance improvement programs for various companies. Katharina then moved to the financial services industry, where she led various business management functions in Credit Suisse’s HR department. Most recently, she worked as DE&I Advisor at UBS. Katharina was raised in Germany and moved to Switzerland after her high school degree. She studied business administration and holds a master’s degree and a PhD from the University of St.Gallen.
Katharina strongly believes in the business case of diversity, equity and inclusion, and in the benefits of more women in leadership roles. With Advance, she’s passionate about supporting member companies to turn DE&I into a competitive advantage and in taking gender equality in Switzerland to the next level.
Katharina lives with her family near Zurich. In her free time, she enjoys painting and relaxes by spending time with her family and friends.
