After graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management, Mathilde pursued further education in Human Resources Management. Her professional experience in this field includes several years in the shipping industry, where her responsibilities included nautical operations, staffing strategies, recruitment, personnel development, and organizational activities.
Following a three-year backpacking trip around the world, she worked as a personnel consultant, guiding job seekers through HR challenges and developing reintegration strategies.
In early 2022, she decided to become self-employed and pursue a location-independent lifestyle —an adventure that combines her professional and personal passions.
