Lena Schwerzmann is an organizational psychologist with over 15 years of experience in HR and future work, complemented by digital marketing expertise.
Since joining Advance in 2021, she has led key projects, including several "International Women’s Day" events or Advance's 10th-anniversary art exhibition. She is now focused on member engagement and strategic growth initiatives.
Lena also founded spoton.ch, a platform for future work experts, and consults on employer branding and employee engagement. Her previous roles include Lead of HR Festival by HR Today and B2B Marketing Lead at JobCloud AG.
Passionate about creating a better working world, Lena challenges the status quo and strives for equal, innovative, and human-centered organizations and leadership.
Lena lives in Zurich with her husband and two daughters.
