LET'S MOVE TO POWER BALANCE – REPORT PREMIÈRE 2024

The Gender Intelligence Report 2024 is out! Launched in collaboration with the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion of the University of St.Gallen (HSG), this year's edition focuses on the topic of power (im)balance.

Alkistis Petropaki, General Manager Advance, and Dr. Ines Hartmann, Co-Director CCDI presented the results in a full house at our hosting member company SIX, represented by Fabienne-Anne Rehulka, General Counsel, who warmly welcomed our audience with a personal opening note.

Main insights of this year's edition

  • Progress is very slow, with increases between zero and two percentage points at the various management levels

  • Read more
  • Men are heavily overrepresented in positions with influence and power, with only 13% of women in power positions

  • Read more
  • Advance member companies do considerably better than non-members with a Glass Ceiling index of 2.0 compared to 2.7 (ideal is 1).

  • Vontobel with "Co-CEO: Collaborative Approach in the Company’s Operational Leadership" presented by Ana Piubel
