The Gender Intelligence Report 2024 is out! Launched in collaboration with the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion of the University of St.Gallen (HSG), this year's edition focuses on the topic of power (im)balance.
Alkistis Petropaki, General Manager Advance, and Dr. Ines Hartmann, Co-Director CCDI presented the results in a full house at our hosting member company SIX, represented by Fabienne-Anne Rehulka, General Counsel, who warmly welcomed our audience with a personal opening note.

Progress is very slow, with increases between zero and two percentage points at the various management levels
Men are heavily overrepresented in positions with influence and power, with only 13% of women in power positions
Advance member companies do considerably better than non-members with a Glass Ceiling index of 2.0 compared to 2.7 (ideal is 1).
