This is a ground-breaking training enabling you to be ‘teleported’ into the body of a woman. And see the world with her eyes. This VR experience is rooted in the neuroscience of the brain. It’s a lived experience, where you will discover what it’s really like to be a woman in a leadership position and together with your peers explore what that means for the bottom line of your company.
You put on a VR headset and get acquainted with this new tech via a short tutorial. For this, you will see and interact with a virtual world as a different person, beginning to experience the world through their perspective.
In the second part of the Virtual Reality experience, you play the main role, Anna Keller, the newly appointed Head of AI at Experium AI. You walk around using your real legs and arms. You interact with the environment and others, like in real life. You experience situations from a completely new perspective and new horizons open up for you.

This is a half-day workshop from 13:00 to 17:00 with one short break. Please arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire session.
One credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought at CHF 1,300 per attendee.
The workshop is held in German.
Designed for female, male, and non-binary leaders, this workshop welcomes a maximum of 15 participants from various Advance member companies and is targeted at mid-level, high-potential candidates with at least eight years of experience and two+ years of experience in managing a team.
