A Leadership Development Workshop

The POWER UP tool was created by EY’s Coaching Practice. The goal of the Power Up tool is to simplify and condense the overwhelming wealth of information available to current and future female leaders with respect to professional development. By using the tool, we hope to get to the heart of the behaviour that can help build power and drive success.

Throughout this session, we will focus on the following 5 key areas:

Project confidence authentically – exhibit a firm belief in your abilities
Own your career – mindfully take control of your career
Widen your network – identify and engage mentors, coaches and sponsors
Elevate your communication – communicate with clarity, self-assurance and intent
Realize your purpose – know who you are and what you stand for

Each participant will leave the event with

  • POWER UP tool resource deck

  • A broadened perspective and new skills to support power-building behaviors

  • Motivation and energy to implement learnings

  • Access to additional resources for continued education and focus on power-building behaviors
