This workshop explores how, in a changing and challenging business world emotions can be our most valuable asset. Participants will learn how to work with their emotions effectively and leverage their emotional energy for maximum performance and wellbeing.
They will gain tools to develop their self-awareness and self-management of emotions – the first blocks of emotional intelligence and vital leadership skills. The workshop looks at the gender disparity around emotions at work and explores tools for women to navigate this challenge with ease.

identify the key triggers for your emotions and devise a plan to anticipate and adapt your behavioral responses

This is a one-day workshop from 09:00 to 17:00 with several short breaks and a lunch break. Please arrive on time and plan to stay all day.
One credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought at CHF 1,300 per attendee.
