A Journey in Seven Steps

Has your company embraced diversity and now wants to ensure that all the recruitment and talent management efforts stick? Join us to learn how Swiss Re empowers leaders to champion an inclusive culture in seven simple and effective steps.

Having a diverse team doesn’t mean you have an inclusive team. And valuing diversity doesn’t mean you’re getting value from diversity. Swiss Re is facing these very real challenges with a company-wide "Inclusion Experience Journey."

The journey starts with leaders at the very top and all line managers and is a personalized, two-year learning experience that establishes a common foundation across Swiss Re. It is designed to create an environment where every employee feels valued, respected and empowered so the true value of diversity is realized.

We will be joined by EZRA, the coaching business within Adecco, who will share the latest insights into how coaching and inclusion go hand in hand. EZRA will facilitate the workshop breakout groups to ensure participants walk away with concrete next steps to invoke a measurable culture of inclusion.
