We ran a comprehensive survey engaging over 1,200 professional women in Switzerland across all sectors and management levels. 90% express a desire for further career advancement. Age does not diminish women’s career ambitions, neither does parenthood. However, despite their qualifications and expertise, women over 40 often find themselves overlooked.
