Nicole is responsible for Human Resources at ABB Switzerland focusing on Country related HR topics and projects in the field of Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability and Employer Attractiveness including gender diversity and generations, social progress, mental health, benefits or social media campaigns.
Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration and English literature & linguistics from University of Zurich and a Master of Advanced Studies at University of Applied Science in Olten. She started her career in HR at ABB Switzerland 20 years ago and has held various positions in HR. She is also President of the ABB Childcare Association.
