Dr. Ines Hartmann is Co-Director of the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion where she is responsible for the St. Gallen Diversity Benchmarking and leads several projects on inclusive leadership and diversity management. She teaches at different universities on the topic of diversity & inclusion and strategic management and writes publications on diversity management and inclusive organizational culture.
