In this highly interactive and playful workshop you will explore how you can use emotional intelligence to resolve conflict while saving or even deepening your relationships.
The key is to shift from being triggered by your emotions to working skillfully with them. But how can you actually do that?
Our skillful coach will provide you with actionable tools to stay balanced whilst taking a firmer stance with people, to disagree respectfully (even with someone more powerful than you), and to apply curiosity as an antidote to anxiety and disconnect.
Conflict is information, and if handled well, it transforms into opportunity!

This is a one-day workshop from 09:00 to 17:00 with several short breaks and a lunch break. Please arrive on time and plan to stay all day.
One credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought at CHF 1,300 per attendee.
The workshop is held in German.
Designed exclusively for female leaders, this workshop welcomes a maximum of 22 participants from various Advance member companies and is targeted at mid-level, high-potential candidates with at least 8 years of experience.
From over two decades of professional, consulting, and leadership experience, she knows which characteristics in particular need to be strengthened in people today: Emotional Intelligence, Growth Mindset, and Mental Health.
