This interactive workshop focuses on understanding and mastering the core concept of influence. We will utilize a variety of techniques to assess your current methods of interaction in different environments and with different audiences to help you better understand your personal behavioral style and that of others. We will explore the impact of giving and receiving feedback in your daily life and enhance your listening, asserting and feedback skills. You will become aware of the human dynamics within your team and organization and among your colleagues. You will get the opportunity to practice core influencing strategies and tactics that help you have more impact in your working environment.

This is a one-day workshop from 09:00 to 17:00 with several short breaks and a lunch break. Please arrive on time and plan to stay all day.
One credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought at CHF 1,300 per attendee.

Designed exclusively for female leaders, this workshop welcomes a maximum of 22 participants from various Advance member companies and is targeted at mid-level, high-potential candidates with at least eight years of experience.
