In this webinar we raised our awareness of things that make us more vulnerable to conflict or trigger an undesired reaction and we looked at best practices for increasing resilience. Moreover, we discussed and practiced multiple behaviors to reduce and eliminate tension and conflict when they arise. Find some of the key learnings here.
