CONNECT@ADVANCE Webinar in cooperation with EY
Excerpts from the webinar of May 8, 2020

Mindfulness is a skill enabling us to be more in the now and focus on what is important in unpredictable times. In addition, practicing Mindfulness has a short- and long-term impact. Short-term, it has a calming effect and long term it increases resilience. Lastly, Mindfulness teaches us self-care for us to be able to care for others.

FEARFUL OR MINDFUL – HOW TO STAY CENTERED IN CHANGING TIMES

According to Beatrice Sidler there is no difference between Mindfulness and Meditation. Whatever you choose to call this way of calming the nervous system down and building the capacity to ‘be’ in the present moment and stay centered, it is the result that counts.
