How to Lead Diverse Teams

As organizations navigate new ways of working it is essential for leaders to develop inclusive leadership behaviors to foster an environment where employees feel trusted, valued, and psychologically safe.


Leaders who complete this training workshop gain the foundations needed to become role models and ambassadors for inclusive leadership within their organization.
 
During this dynamic and practical workshop, participants will examine their own assumptions and biases; analyze their own and others’ behaviors; and practice skills through a series of engaging learning activities. Areas covered include:

● Traits of Inclusive Leadership
● Tools to foster inclusion in teamwork and collaboration
● Tools to build equity in processes and decision making

Format

Time Frame

This is a half-day workshop from 13:00 to 16:30 with one short break. Please arrive on time and plan to stay for the entire session.

Cost

0.5 credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought at CHF 650 per attendee.

Language

The workshop is held in English.

Target Audience

Designed for female, male, and non-binary leaders, this workshop welcomes a maximum of 22 participants from various Advance member companies and is targeted at mid-level, high-potential candidates with at least eight years of experience and two+ years of experience in managing a team.
