Welcome to the new president of the advance board

Congratulations and a very warm welcome to Anna Mattsson as new President of the non-executive Board of Advance! We are proud to again have a strong female leader at the helm of our organization for the 2-year term ahead.

Anna Mattsson is Partner at McKinsey & Company and a globally recognized M&A strategy expert. Anna has closely collaborated with the Advance Board and Management Team prior to the elections and has helped create impact by driving the highly successful Advance Whitepaper series in collaboration with McKinsey. Anna succeeds the presidency of Petra Jantzer, Senior Managing Director at Accenture. Petra has stepped down from the Board after completing the maximum term according to the statutes.

We wholeheartedly thank Petra for her excellent leadership. Petra was one of the co-founders of Advance and under her presidency, Advance has seen a tremendous growth both in terms of corporate members as well as expanding the Advance program and offering. Petra has made a huge difference to Advance thanks to her strategic wisdom combined with courageous decision making and passion for our shared cause.
Petra will stay close to Advance and remain a dedicated advocate for empowering women and other underrepresented groups in business.
