Those who wish additional services can choose between three packages: 1) «Light», including the «Basic Access», 2) «Essential» and 3) «Deep-dive». The latter two include the «Pro Access». «Basic Access»
If you are new to the world of data delivery and KPIs tracking, or if you have traditionally submitted anonymized HR data for the Gender Intelligence Report (without the additional service of the Benchmarking), the «Basic Access», or the «Light Package» (incl. «Basic Access») is for you.
The «Basic Access» offers:
- Analysis of your diversity metrics in relation to your industry peers as well as to all participating companies to identify your areas of excellence and areas for improvement
- Concise overview featuring the most important diversity KPIs
- Explore additional services that come with the «Light Package» (incl. the «Basic Access») here
«Pro Access»
If your company usually participated in the HSG Benchmarking and received a tailor-made company reporting, the «Pro Access», or the related packages «Essential» or «Deep-dive» (incl. «Pro Access») are for you.
The «Pro Access» offers:
- Analysis of your diversity metrics in relation to your industry peers as well as to all participating companies to identify your areas of excellence and areas for improvement
- Detailed evaluation of various diversity dimensions and additional job-related dimensions such as hierarchy levels
- In-depth study of your diversity metrics tailored to your strategic focal points
- Explore additional services that come with the «Essential» or «Deep-dive» package (incl. the «Pro Access») here
