find inspiration to ADVANCE CHANGE

Switzerland has an enormous pool of extremely well-educated and talented women – but why do so few want to enter technical professions? Tech and Telco companies are desperately looking for female professionals and developers. But do they offer the right setting like an inclusive atmosphere and career chances that fit to a woman’s life situation? How can girls be motivated to learn technical professions and where can they find role models?

Severina Pascu, Deputy CEO and COO at Sunrise UPC and Lisa Stähli, Co-Managing Director Girls in Tech Switzerland shed light on the different perspectives.

during this event you will learn

  • what women need to decide for a tech profession and what are the skills needed to pursue a career in tech
  • how to invest in your development and discover your true potential
  • what companies can do to attract more women
  • why culture plays an important role
  • what Sunrise UPC does to attract and promote women
