Ina Rhöös grew up in Sweden, a pioneer country when it comes to gender equality. She first came to Switzerland to play floorball professionally, where she was a referee in the highest league after her career. She is now the mother of two daughters, which has increased her motivation for the topic of gender equality even further.   

She has a university degree in Human Resources Management and Development and has worked at IKEA Switzerland for 13 years. She started as a sales trainee and has worked within HR for the past 12 years. In the last 8 years she has been responsible for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Her mission is to make equality a natural part of the workday.
