In this interactive workshop and panel event, you will discover first-hand the transformative power of career sponsorship, what it is and how to get it right for your company with the aim to increase the number of female sponsees.

We are going to explore together how to create awareness and accountability for career sponsorship: supporting your senior leaders to understand the difference between mentorship and sponsorship and commit to doing it. On the other hand, how you can empower women to be bold and deepen the relationships they already have – it’s a two-way street.
Furthermore, you will learn how to counter inherent bias by being ‘intentional’ with sponsorship – whether it’s a program designed specifically for women in tech, or an individual leader saying to themselves ‘I am going to sponsor someone different from me’. Intentionality can keep you on track.
