Shipra is the HR Director for Microsoft Switzerland and EMEA HQ functions. With experience across diverse global markets, she is passionate about business growth through leadership and culture transformation and collaborates with leadership teams in transforming the business from a talent, capability and culture perspective.
Prior to her current role, she was leading HR and talent for the commercial business in Microsoft India.
On the personal front, she is a long-distance runner, sports enthusiast, and an ardent student of cultures and cuisines. She lives with her family in Zurich.
