Paula has worked for more than 15 years as DEI expert for large corporations in the Financial and (Re-)Insurance sector.
She has designed and implemented Global Sponsorship, Mentoring and Reverse Mentoring schemes, consulted on and implemented DEI strategy, founded ERGs and led culture initiatives. Diversity Data collection and setting up robust reporting to measure progress against goals is also part of her field of expertise.
Paula speaks four languages and loves to balance work with being in the outdoors.
