Nele is a consultant by profession, a marketing professional by training and a mentor at heart with a passion for infusing empathy in everything she does.
With 10 years of work experience in management consulting, workshop facilitation, project and stakeholder management at the consulting firm a-connect, she now focuses on supporting professionals in discovering their strengths and bringing a strength-based approach to corporations and teams.
As Co-Founder of the WOMEN’S HUB Zurich she is creating safe spaces for women to share their individual stories and grow together.
Nele holds a M.A. degree from the University of St. Gallen. She is a co-active coach, and certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
