Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Drive the business transformation and contribute to the strategic development for Post Network, Communications and Mobility Services at Swiss post with the support of technology. 
  2. From Strategy to Reality: Development and implementation of the strategic and tactical IT roadmaps of the business and functional areas in the dimensions of quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness, future-orientation (digitalisation), functional and business orientation
  3. Ensure that the teams provides the development of the software solution (incl. cost estimate), time- and quality-orientated, correct implementation of the SW development for the assigned area 
  4. Transform the team and the way we operate at post, building an ecosystem of solutions, partners and internal development to support our Customers / Swiss Citizen need’s of the future
