Ewa is Global HR Business Partner for IT Digital at Syngenta Group, working closely with Chief Information & Digital Officer, his leadership team and the entire IT Digital function to shape people strategies that drive innovation and support Syngenta's ambitious technology roadmap.
With a background in HR in the financial sector and international consulting, Ewa brings a wealth of experience in fostering team effectiveness, enhancing employee experience, and nurturing talent. Her journey has taken her from Poland to Switzerland, where she now calls the picturesque canton of Aargau home.
Passionate about creating inclusive workplaces, Ewa firmly believes that diverse teams are the cornerstone of innovation and high performance. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, cooking plant-based meals, and hiking adventures with her husband.
