Elena is Chief Revenue Officer, Intelligent Spend & Business Network, in the region of Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE) at SAP and holds P&L responsibility for the software line of business with focus on procurement, supply chain, sustainability and travel & expense management. Her priority is ensuring customer success by supporting organizations’ digital transformation on their way to become a networked, intelligent and sustainable enterprise.
Prior to SAP, Elena held global sales & marketing leadership roles in private equity portfolio companies where she orchestrated digital transformation to drive top line growth.
Elena has lived and studied across seven different countries and now lives in Zurich, Switzerland, with her husband and her 4-year-old daughter. She also advises tech start-ups through venture capital funds on their growth strategy and is actively contributing to D&I initiatives.
In 2022, she founded Impact Ukraine, a Swiss non-for-profit organization with the vision to help rebuild Ukraine.
