Ana has a business law degree from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
As an HR Recruiter for graduates and trainees at UBS, an HR Advisor, and a Senior Business Partner at EY and Vontobel, she is all about people and HR. Today, as an HR Business Manager, she is responsible for transforming the HR strategy and also for the culture in her role as Director for Diversity and inclusion at Vontobel.
Ana leads and drives the global Vontobel D&I Strategy and Agenda for all programs, cooperations, and projects. She has a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives and driving impactful results.
