This workshop is a life changing experience! It will enhance your skills to help you build a solid foundation for your career. In this transformational session, you will get insights and tools to become a more impactful leader.
This 2-day workshop is designed to help you develop skills to achieve your career goals and drive change in yourself and your organization. 360° assessment, self-reflection, peer feedback and coaching from experienced facilitators will help you better understand your strengths and develop a robust plan for your career advancement. You will also gain insights in different areas of impactful leadership, like e.g. interpersonal effectiveness, communicating with impact, influencing and energy management.
You will leave this workshop, inspired and empowered with an “everything is possible” attitude. Prior to the workshop you and 10 of your peers will be asked to complete a 360° personality assessment questionnaire. You will then receive your 360° report and have an individual coaching session, which will be the basis for you to work on during the workshop.

This is a two-day workshop from 09:00 to 17:00 with several short breaks and a lunch break. Please arrive on time and plan to stay the entire time.
Two credits per participant. Additional credits can be bought at CHF 2,600 per attendee.
The workshop is held in English.
Designed exclusively for female leaders, this workshop welcomes a maximum of 22 participants from various Advance member companies and is targeted at mid-level, high-potential candidates with at least eight years of experience.
