going viral with inclusive practices & behaviors
Unprecedented times require unprecedented leadership and organizational systems.
The Gender Intelligence Report 2021 states that systemic change is needed. “… it becomes evident that to accelerate the achievement of gender equality, we need to change the rules of the game. … We must consciously make the systemic changes required for all genders to feel included. And we need courageous leaders.”
We invite you to be these leaders in this hands-on, thought-provoking and peer coaching workshop.
put people at the center of organization design
Knowledgeable, engaged people are the engine of progressive organizations in the new economy. Inclusive, value-driven cultures enable people to thrive.
Yet, today’s reality is that only 22% (Gallup.com/WORKPLACE article: JUNE 26, 2020 UPDATED APRIL 14, 2021 “Thriving Employees Create a Thriving Business”) of workers worldwide are engaged, and women continue to face inequities. Innovation is inhibited and motivation is stifled due to organization and management structures and mindsets that have not kept pace with people’s evolving needs and expectations.
‘…there is a business solution for this conundrum, and it’s all about splitting off the role of the manager; that is, redesigning roles so that people can focus on their subject matter expertise. Or, if their expertise lies in working with people, they can focus only on that.’
– Doug Kirkpatrick, author of The No Limits Enterprise, TEDx speaker “Beyond Empowerment”
Change the game
The transition to a new organization structure is essential for the mindshift in gender diversity and inclusion.
Explore progressive workplaces through our People Centric Organizations (PCO) approach.

what are people centric organizations?
People Centric Organizations (PCOs) create engaged people, and vice versa. Engaged people are aligned
to their own purpose and how they help the organization. They’re respected and collaborative, resulting
in greater creativity and productivity. Information flows easily and decisions are made rapidly. They are
more open to seeking and being part of new ideas. The innovative, adaptable and flatter organization
benefits from greater profitability. PCOs are possible at large scale.
about the pco group
The PCO Group, founded by John Thompson, provides services for organizations to apply the future of
work (flat and nourishing) and uncover and utilize inherent qualities in individuals and teams within a
larger organization to achieve goals efficiently and effectively.
