Jacqueline Kossiwa Tossoukpe

Jacqueline Kossiwa Tossoukpe is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist for UBS Switzerland covering a wide range of DEI topics. Her passion for DEI in the workplace was profoundly shaped while serving as the first female police officer of African descent in Zurich, Switzerland. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a master’s in international affairs. Over the past 10 years, she has worked for NGOs, UN Agencies and the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs in New York, Pretoria and Paris. She also founded a diversity consultancy blog/start-up which she ran for 4 years. In her various professional roles, she supported and led large-scale projects in human security, education, development cooperation and diversity management. She was born in Accra, Ghana but raised in Zurich and considers herself a second-generation Afro-Swiss.
