Giorgio Siracusa

Giorgio Siracusa is responsible for the employment experience and talent development of 30.000 people in Europe across 42 countries, 35 plants and 3 global R&D centers.
During the course of his career, Giorgio has worked in Italy, the U.S., Poland, Belgium, and currently in Switzerland, in very different working environments and cultures and in country, regional and global roles. His particular passion is about creating an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their true identities at work.
Giorgio holds a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. degree in Economics & International Studies from The American University in Washington, D.C. He is also a certified Executive Coach. Giorgio is a member of the board of Catalyst Europe, a global organization dedicated to build workplaces that work for women. Giorgio is the Global Executive Sponsor of the Men Advocating Real Change (MARC™) initiative within P&G, aiming to involve the majority culture in making real progress in Inclusion.
