Ella Roininen

Prof. Dr. Ella Roininen is Vice President of the Karlshochschule and Professor of International Management with focus on Gender, Diversity and Inclusion.
She teaches diversity management, gender equality and organizational culture at a number of international institutes. She also holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has a broad education and experience in the field of Gender Equality.
Dr. Roininen has studied and worked in many countries: Finland, France, India, Netherlands, Switzerland, Great Britain and USA. Her experience ranges from publishing, tourism, healthcare, event management, banking, sales to information and communication technology. Prior to her current role, she spent eight years with IBM Switzerland, where she led global teams.
