At IKEA, we commit to increasing the attractiveness of gender-neutral jobs, such as our managerial positions in all our units. We want to counterbalance existing gender stereotypical distortions between units, such as in our logistic department with a higher male representation and in our call centre with a higher female representation. We aim to do so by developing a more flexible work environment for the many co-workers in all areas.
