How can we resolve conflict in a way that strengthens our connections with people rather than harming them? How can we shift from a fight of ‘either-or’ to finding solutions that fit both of us?
In this highly interactive and playful workshop you will explore how you can use emotional intelligence to resolve conflict while saving or even deepening your relationships.
The key is to shift from being triggered by your emotions to working skillfully with them. But how can you actually do that?
Our skillful coach will provide you with actionable tools to stay balanced whilst taking a firmer stance with people, to disagree respectfully (even with someone more powerful than you), and to apply curiosity as an antidote to anxiety and disconnect.
Conflict is information, and if handled well, it transforms into opportunity!
Outcomes
You will learn how to
- remain grounded and fully present in tough conversations
- share your truth with honesty and respect
- disagree productively and find common ground
- apply the art of possibility and enlarge the space for creative solutions
- stay connected no matter what the differences are
Target Audience
- Exclusively for female managers.
- Mid-level high potential female managers with at least 8 years of working experience
- Max. 22 participants from different Advance member companies
Format
- One-day workshop, 9:00 – 17:00, will include multiple short breaks in morning and afternoon with 1 hour for lunch
- 1 credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought for 1’300 CHF per participant
