Having a brilliant idea is worth little if you are unable to convince others of it.
That is why this workshop will teach participants the fundamental skills and techniques required to deliver engaging presentations. Participants will learn how to select the right content for their presentations; be it pitches of their best ideas, project presentations to shareholders or communicating change to their teams. They will feel calm and confident speaking up and observe a change in how their audiences react to them, creating more meaningful professional opportunities for themselves.

Christopher is founder of Lübbers | The Power of Speech and Speaker Coach for TEDxLausanne.
After seeing how his own public speaking journey enhanced his career, while opening the door to many hidden opportunities, he felt compelled to share what he’d learned.
He’s convinced that you already have more of the skills needed to speak up and lead with confidence and joy than you may realize. He’s made it his mission to help you uncover those skills, sharpen your story, and confidently inspire the world with your message.
Christopher graduated from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne Business School, he’s a certified coach and acquired 10+ years of leadership experience in several prominent hotel chains before founding his company and dedicating 100% of his time to making it simple for his clients to captivate their audiences with their message.
Over the past years, he had the pleasure to conduct workshops for companies such as the national railway company, Givaudan or Phonak and to coach speakers for the international women’s day by Advance, TEDx events or speeches of the Canadian Ambassador to Switzerland.
Since 2020 Christopher has been visiting lecturer at EPFL (Lausanne) where he teaches a 2-day class on presentation skills in the EMBA “Harnessing Innovation” program.
He works out of Zurich and delivers his coaching in English, French and German.

Christopher ist Gründer von Lübbers | The Power of Speech und Speaker Coach für TEDxLausanne. Christopher ist Absolvent der Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne Business School, ist zertifizierter Coach und hat über 10 Jahre Führungserfahrung in mehreren renommierten Hotelketten gesammelt, bevor er sein Unternehmen gründete und 100% seiner Zeit darauf verwendet, es seinen Kundinnen und Kunden leicht zu machen, ihr Publikum mit ihrer Botschaft zu fesseln.
In den letzten Jahren hatte er das Vergnügen, Workshops für Unternehmen wie die SBB, Givaudan oder Phonak durchzuführen und Speaker für den internationalen Frauentag von Advance, TEDx-Events oder Reden der kanadischen Botschafterin in der Schweiz zu coachen.
Seit 2020 ist Christopher Gastdozent an der EPFL (Lausanne), wo er im Rahmen des EMBA-Programms “Harnessing Innovation” einen zweitägigen Kurs zu Präsentationsfähigkeiten unterrichtet.
Er arbeitet in Zürich basiert und bietet seine Coachings in Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch an.

Christopher est diplômé de l’Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, il est coach certifié et a acquis plus de 10 ans d’expérience en leadership dans plusieurs grandes chaînes hôtelières avant de fonder sa société et de consacrer 100 % de son temps à simplifier pour ses clients de captiver leur public avec leur message.
Au cours des dernières années, il a eu le plaisir d’animer des ateliers pour des entreprises telles que les CFF, Givaudan ou Phonak et de coacher des conférencières et conférenciers pour la journée internationale de la femme organisée par ADVANCE, des événements TEDx ou des discours de l’ambassadeur du Canada en Suisse. Depuis 2020, Christopher est chargé de cours invité à l’EPFL (Lausanne) où il enseigne un cours de compétences en prise de parole de 2 jours dans le programme EMBA “Harnessing Innovation”.
Christopher travaille à Zurich et dispense ses coachings en anglais, français et allemand.
