In this workshop we will look at your individual relationship with confidence, how that is impacting your daily experience and how you can strengthen your foundations to access confidence more frequently.
The sense of confidence disappearing in an instant can happen at any time to anyone. And when it does, crippling fear, doubt, stress and anxiety can become the main focus and this impacts work and life. It doesn’t have to be that way.
As well as understanding your individual relationship with confidence, we will in this workshop dispel some of the myths around it – these are often what hinders your experience of confidence and can create those moments of crisis. The techniques shared throughout the session will enable you to access your authentic confidence – no more faking it or acting as if.

You will
- learn the truth about confidence and discover the myths that cause the crisis
- complete a confidence audit to bring awareness to your relationship with confidence
- identify ways in which the imposter syndrome or feeling like fraud, impacts your working day and practice with tools to change this
- train with tools to move out of any crisis of confidence

- Exclusively for female managers
- Mid-level high potential female managers with at least 8 years of working experience

Coach
Jules Wyman founded Positive Belief Ltd in 2005 after a career burn out and personal confidence crisis. She was voted Britain’s Next Top Female Coach in 2009 and is classed as an ‘authentic’ ‘exceptional coach’ and ‘outstanding speaker’ who supports clients globally to shatter the illusions around confidence and living an authentic life.
