What was your dream career as a girl?
As a passionate and not untalented violinist, I dreamed of a solo career.
What was your aha-moment when you realized that gender stereotypes may (or do) have an impact on your career development?
How did you deal with it?
I actually benefited from being a woman, albeit with a bad aftertaste: it was not uncommon for me to be offered positions because I was a woman.
What is your number 1 advice for career aspiring women?
Be self-confident and make yourself visible.
