Are you too busy juggling work and life that you’re never able to take stock of your finances and plan? Do you want to invest your money for a purposeful future but are unsure how or if you are doing the right thing?
Investing and managing your money does not have to be time-consuming nor boring. In this highly practical workshop, you’ll learn the essential concepts and get the practical tools to put your money to work effectively and in line with your values.
Being confident with money is a cornerstone for your independence, security, and personal development for every woman.
9 out of 10 participants in similar workshops have improved their financial confidence and taken tangible action for their finances, improving their security and personal wellbeing.
Outcomes
You will
- learn how key moments in life impact you financially and how to avoid losing money
- get an overview of the main investment tools and instruments and how to use them
- assess how much you need to put aside for your retirement and how much you should invest
- learn how you can align your investments with your values
- understand pricing concepts and how to save time and money when investing
Target Audience
- Exclusively for female managers.
- Mid-level high potential female managers with at least 8 years of working experience
- Max. 22 participants from different Advance member companies
Format
- One-day workshop, 9:00 – 17:00, will include multiple short breaks in morning and afternoon with 1 hour for lunch
- 1 credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought for 1’300 CHF per participant

Olga Miler

Olga is a global innovation expert, with 15 years of experience in financial services. She specializes in financial education, sustainability, and gender-smart investing. Olga has been broadly recognized for her transformational achievements to change the financial services industry for women and gender equality with features in the global press and won numerous awards including ‘Inspirational Woman of the Year’ by CityWealth Magazine, a place on the Senior Leaders in Fintech Powerlist by Innovate Finance and “Leading entrepreneurs to watch in 2021” by TechRound.
Following her career at UBS she has co-founded SmartPurse – an independent money school for women and writes the blog “MoneyTalks” for Watson-News. Olga serves as board member of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, has two children and lives in Zürich and London.
