Effective self-presentation
Verbal and non-verbal techniques for targeted self-PR and successful public appearances.
Public speaking, panel discussion or small talk with important business partners? In this workshop you will learn how to increase your effectiveness in different situations. You are refining your own brand and will learn verbal and non-verbal techniques for effective self-presentation, targeted self-PR and how to deal with unfair discussion techniques in company internal and external appearances. We work with the following methods: group and individual exercises, video exercises with analysis, and exchange of experiences.
Outcomes
You will:
- noticeably increase your effectiveness in public speaking
- feel confident in your appearance
- use verbal and non-verbal techniques in a targeted manner
- be prepared for different situations
- know how to act confidently in unfair discussions
Target audience
- Exclusively for female managers
- Female managers who are speaking publicly (e.g. As panelists, media representatives, Town Hall and/or Conference speakers) as part of their role and responsibility
- Max. 18 participants from different Advance member companies
Format
- One-day workshop, 9:30 – 17:30
- One credit per participant. Additional credits can be purchased for 1’300 CHF per participant
