Self-promotion is a crucial element to your success in moving up to a better job, negotiating a raise, getting opportunities to grow. Learn healthy, shameless self-promotion techniques and get what you want.
Whether you are angling for a job change, promotion, or simply more recognition at work, learning how to promote yourself at work can be the skill that propels your career.
To master the art of tooting your own horn, take part in this dynamic experience which is geared toward helping you “market” your brand at work, build a strategy to let your value shine with confidence – not arrogance – and will make others pay attention. This session will teach your healthy, shameless self-promotion that focuses on ideas, growth, and strategy. Self-promotion is a useful professional skill, though it can be hard or unnatural for many. This session uses the power of an online assessment for self-awareness. Learning is practical, applicable, up to date.
Outcomes
You will
- increase your level of influence and persuasion power at work
- leverage your presence and authority, as advisor or mentor, in other words, make your work visible; you will soon have watchful eyes on you for all the right reasons
- promote yourself in the office without sounding arrogant or making enemies
- get ready to be taken into account for promotions, advancement chances, and progress
- learn to do self-promotion that is balanced, constructive, and beneficial to the company
- articulate 2-3 personalized, effective elevator pitches that will serve you in any formal or business situations to articulate your value simply and succinctly

- Mid-level high potential female managers with at least 8 years of working experience
