Develop your leadership presence
Powerful presence when making a presentation goes beyond Powerpoint skills: Develop strong communication skills that project energy, confidence, clarity of thought and physical and vocal expressiveness. This workshop is a MUST for every leader who wants to make an impact!
Whether you are meeting one-on-one or presenting to a large group, appearing credible and confident will significantly raise your effectiveness. This communication training focuses on the skills and behaviors needed to make every interaction have an impact on the audience. E.g. body language, vocal patterns and mannerisms that can raise or lower your status as a competent professional. Or the skill of listening and spontaneity, which will allow you to react in an effective way in a variety of situations. And last, but not least, you will develop a “leadership presence”: the ability to be centered and aware in moment-to-moment communication.

- Mid-level high potential female managers with at least 8 years of working experience
- Max. 22 participants from different Advance member companies

- One day workshop, 9:00 – 17:00
- One credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought for 1’300 CHF per participant

Facilitation
Malvika Singh
Managing Director IMPACT
Malvika Singh is the founding partner of IMPACT, an international consulting and leadership development firm with offices in Switzerland and the U.S.A. She has over thirty years of experience as a successful leader in a multicultural environment. She works with Boards, CEOs, senior executives and top leadership teams in the areas of organization and leadership development. Her work focuses on the creation of innovation by design, and she specializes in working with individuals and organizations to create breakthrough results.
Malvika earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University, and Organizational Gestalt Diploma from Metanoia Institute. She is a member of Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Leadership Board (WLB), a lecturer at the Lorange Institute of Business, and was formerly affiliated with Ashridge University and CCL.
Malvika is passionate about advancing the cause of women. She is a champion and advocate of women getting a fair share representation in the corporate world. She is the initiator and co-founder of Advance and is an honorary board member.
Malvika is married with two children.
Matthias Anderegg
Associate IMPACT
Matthias Anderegg is an associate at IMPACT. He is a skilled facilitator, trainer and coach with experience delivering teambuilding, leadership development, presentation skills and communication programs to both corporate and non-profit clients globally. Recent clients include Axpo, Philips, Roche and Ashridge Business School.
Matthias received his Masters’ degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Zurich in Switzerland and a certificate of advanced studies in Mediation focusing on Administration and Stakeholder Management from the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz. He taught Business Administration and Law at Kantonale Maturitätsschule für Erwachsene and currently teaches Information Management at Academia Engiadina.
Matthias began his training career by facilitating corporate teambuilding programs utilizing improvisational theatre techniques he acquired through producing, performing, and teaching with theatre anundpfirsich in Switzerland. He is also an accomplished improvactor and teacher, having both taught improvisational theater and trained with renowned improvisation teachers from Berlin, Seattle, Chicago, New York and Calgary.
Matthias is a native German speaker and is fluent in English and French.
