Do you have a goal and would like to turn it into reality? One which excites you but still feels just out of reach, or maybe doesn’t fit the ‘norms’ society imposes? This workshop is for you. It will empower your mind, your heart and your path to success. It will help you make your goal happen!
You will learn with the 6P Success Mindset Model the six key factors necessary to pursue, plan and achieve your goals, even the seemingly impossible ones. This model will build your confidence, courage and resilience.
In this hands-on workshop you will get a thorough understanding of the 6P Success Mindset Model, deepen it with like-minded women and walk away being able to apply it immediately to your own life. You will be inspired by Monika’s cycling record and how she applied the model to become the best version of herself, achieving what most thought impossible. Monika will be your guide in an encouraging, fun and motivating way.

- Mid-level high potential female managers with at least 8 years of working experience
- Max. 22 participants from different Advance member companies

- 1 credit per participant. Additional credits can be bought for 1’300 CHF per participant

Monika Sattler
Career Mindset and Leadership Coach
Monika is an executive mindset coach & trainer, two-time cycling record holder, international keynote speaker and author.
With more than 15 years of experience, she helps teams and leaders set and successfully pursue bold goals through confidence, purpose, courage and resilience. As a keynote speaker, she shares her experience from her work and her cycling records to showcase what it takes to go for big goals.
Previously, she has worked for the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and IBM. Originally from Germany, she has lived in the USA, Australia and Spain and now resides in Bern, Switzerland.
