For win-win interactions

Turn every challenging conversation into an effective dialogue. Understand how to change your default mindset and behavior and learn techniques for a win-win result.

Have you ever had a difficult conversation with your boss or with your kids? Did you know that all difficult conversations have the same underlying pattern? This workshop is designed to build on the skills of listening, inquiry and effective dialogue. We will explore our most challenging conversations and develop awareness where we tend to get stuck. We will learn the underlying framework of all difficult conversations and practice using a set of tools that help us prepare a challenging conversation and transform it into a win-win dialogue. The workshop is highly interactive, offering many opportunities to engage in role play and put your new skills into practice!
