doing what it takes to get and bring more women there

What do female executives need to break the final glass ceiling and land the ultimate corporate position: in the boardroom? Great role models for one!

Join this webinar to learn from one inspirational woman who has broken the final glass ceiling…more than once. Diana Markaki-Bartholdi joined her first board at Ellaktor, a publicly traded infrastructure group doing global business in more than 30 countries, at age 36, as one of only two women on the board and by far the youngest. In January 2021 she received her second board appointment at 5G Ventures, a multi-million mutual fund that invents in 5G technology, where she serves as the only woman on the board.

And not only does she have extensive experience of being a board member, she has gone one step further, paying it forward, so to speak and created the Boardroom, a private club for female executives in Switzerland who aspire to be board members.

During this 60 min webinar you will

  • Be inspired by Diana Markaki-Bartholdi’s personal journey to the Boardroom
  • Learn what it is really like as the only woman on the board
  • Learn what Diana is doing to fight “Onliness” and how she is getting women board-ready
  • Meet like-minded women who are or aspire to be board-ready
  • Benefit from a special offer to join ‘The Club’
